On arrival: All Guests should use the check-in kiosk outside the hotel, using your name or reservation number and follow the on-screen instructions.

The key for your room will drop down with your receipt and the Parking Ticket if required. Use the key to open the front door and the door to your room, breakfast is served between 7am and 10am.

Check-out: on checking out after breakfast please hand the key to the receptionist and collect your invoice.

Car Parking: Car Park ticket is available free of charge if required. Parking tickets should be collected with your key.  Write the car registration no. & display it on the dashboard.

Isca Place car park is located in Queen Street and on the approach of the Clock Tower from New North Road side turn into Queen Street, and directly left into the Car Park.

Do not park under building car park because it closes from 7 pm until 7 am. Go straight to your left, if the barrier is up go through, if it is down, ring the help button it will open specially for Cedar Lodge Hotel's Guests.

Park in the open car park which is 24 hours. At the end of your parking ticket time please hand the ticket to the Parking Attendant.
